Information for the client about the rules that should be followed before the procedure:

  • you cannot take aspirin for two days prior to the mesotherapy treatment

  • you should inform your Skin Therapist about any regularly taken medicines (for example, oral anticoagulants) and your medical history, women must inform the therapist if they are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • you must inform your Skin Therapist of any allergies and intolerances

  • you must inform your Skin Therapist of any tendencies to form kelloids

  • do not take any vaccines 1 week before mesotherapy

  • prior to receiving a mesotherapy treatment as part of scalp therapy, you must wash the scalp and hair 

The rules that the person undergoing treatment should follow after the procedure:
  • you should avoid bathing in the bathtub for 12 hours after the procedure

  • you should avoid sauna, massage, mud masks and lymphatic drainage for 24 hours after the procedure

  • you should avoid sunbathing and visiting a tanning salon for 48 hours after the procedure

  • you should not wear dyed, new or very tight clothes that could get in contact with the skin in the treated area

  • radiotherapy and electrotherapy cannot be applied for 3 days

  • standard skin care can be resumed after 12h following the procedure 

Contraindications for deep mesotherapy:

  • neoplastic conditions and tumours of unknown origin WITH THE USE OF the needleless applicator
  • in active, inflammatory acne, IN THE CASE OF MESOTHERAPY fatigue of the body, viral and bacterial diseases
  • herpes, other viral, bacterial and fungal skin infections,
  • reduction of immunity (immunosuppression due to transplants, chemotherapy) blood infection with HIV, HSV, Viral Hepatitis
  • tendency to form kelloids, difficult healing
  • autoimmune diseases (RA, Hashimoto)
  • allergy to the ingredients of the preparations
  • predisposition to the formation of hypertrophic scars
  • antibiotic therapy 2 weeks back
  • inflammation or a break in continuity of skin surface in the area to be treated steroid therapy 8 weeks back
  • isotretinoin 6-12 months back
  • taking medicines that reduce blood clotting
  • taking analgesics, antipyretics containing blood thinners, e.g. acetylsalicylic acid
